Pick up time are always scheduled for 45 MINUTES after landing allowing time for immigration, luggage and customs, unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing.

NOTE: Please meet our driver by exit DOOR NO. 3 on the 2ND FLOOR, nearby the OFFICIAL MEETING POINT in between the 7/11 and Book Store.  This is very important.


  
WHICH FLOOR?


In Thailand, the Ground Floor is called the 1st Floor. This can sometimes cause confusion with foreign guests. The 2nd Floor and the airport Meeting Point in the airport is on the same floor as you walk out from customs.

You do not need to go up or down a floor by lift or escalator.
